Text Input Locking Up

Describe the bug

I'm using the copilot command line with Talon Voice.

When I dictate something that needs editing, and issue the voice command "Backspace [number]" the first character gets deleted and then it locks up.

Pressing Control C does work but by then I've lost what I've entered.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.399.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Install Talon Voice.
2. Launch the Application in the Terminal by Typing Copilot
3. type a word directly into the TextBox
4. Enter the backspace command

Expected behavior

The specific number of characters should be deleted and it should not lock up.
