Feature Request: Ability to make uploads public by default

It would be nice if there was a way to make uploads either public by default or change them to public before uploading on the upload screen. It's a bit of a hassle when you want everything you upload to be public currently, the fastest way i've found to do it is to go through the history tab and click make public on each image individually.
